1. Who we are

The website cruisejobprep.com is operated by Ciurea Mădălin-Ionuț PFA (sole trader), tax ID (CUI) 53902810, registered office: Bucharest, Sector 1, Bulevardul Bucureștii Noi, No. 51-61, Bl. 2. What I offer

I offer preparation services: CV and cover letter writing, an interview guide with questions and answers, and a complete package that also includes application guidance (with links to companies’ official pages) and an indicative recommendation of a suitable company for the client.

I am not a recruitment agency. I do not place staff, I do not mediate employment, I take no commission or payment from employers and I do not guarantee that you will get a job. I am not affiliated with any cruise company. The hiring decision belongs solely to the employer.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website, in euros. The provider is not VAT registered, so prices do not include VAT. Payment is by bank transfer after the order is confirmed. The tax invoice is issued after payment is received. Launch prices may change, without affecting orders already confirmed.

4. Order and delivery

Submitting the contact form is not an order. The order is concluded once I confirm the package, price and payment details to you in writing (email or WhatsApp) and the payment has been received. Delivery is electronic, by email, generally within 3-5 working days of receiving payment and the information I need (for example your current CV).

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

If you ask me to start before the 14 days have passed, you will pay a proportionate amount for what has been provided up to withdrawal. Once the service or digital content (for example the guide) has been fully delivered, and you expressly asked me to start and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal, you can no longer withdraw. You give this confirmation in writing before delivery.

If the service is not delivered or does not match what was described, I will fix it or refund you within 14 days.

6. Limitation of liability

The materials are indicative and based on my experience. I cannot guarantee the outcome of an application. I am not responsible for employers’ decisions, their requirements or third-party websites. You are responsible for checking the requirements of the company you apply to.

7. Intellectual property

The guide and other materials are protected by copyright. You may use them personally, but you may not copy, resell or distribute them.

8. Client obligations

You agree to provide accurate information and not to submit false documents or documents belonging to someone else.

9. Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Complaints and disputes

For any complaint, write to contact@cruisejobprep.com. As a consumer you can also contact ANPC (anpc.ro), including for alternative dispute resolution. The contract is governed by Romanian law.

11. Changes

I may update these terms. The version in force on the date the order is confirmed applies.
